Men’s Cross Country Ranks Seventh Overall At Cardinal Invitational

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — In a field full of nationally ranked programs and other regional powers, the Endicott men's cross country team finished seventh overall at the Cardinal Invitational on Saturday, hosted by Wesleyan University.

Caleb Nye (Hinesburg, Vt.) led four Gulls who posted personal bests with a time of 26:06.4 on the 8-kilometer course (34th overall).

Josh Lehmann (Gorham, Maine) finished 42nd overall (26:21.9), while Cooper Downey (Hudson, N.H.) and Dawson Romito (Boxford, Mass.) produced PRs of 26:55.8 (56th) and 28:13.2 (80th), respectively.

Shane Cataloni (Attleboro, Mass.) rounded out the top-5 in 91st place (29:23.3).

Will Johnson (Andover, Mass.) also notched a personal best time of 30:39.5 (102nd) for the Gulls.

Endicott competes at the Keene State Invitational on Saturday, October 5.
