BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott freshman Colin Costa (West Newbury, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Runner and Rookie of the Week, respectively, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Last Saturday at the Endicott Invitational, Costa remained undefeated in his young collegiate career, crossing the finish line first in 26:41 (8k) to best the field of 50 runners. Costa's victory also contributed to the Gulls earning top honors in the team competition as well.
This is Costa's first career CCC Runner of the Week award and second CCC Rookie of the Week honor (9/13/2021).
