NECC TOURNAMENT: #1 Endicott Hosts #3 Daniel Webster In Title Match

BEVERLY, Mass. – The first-seeded Endicott men's volleyball team will look to capture its fourth straight New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) title today at 2:30 p.m. against third-seeded Daniel Webster College at MacDonald Gym.

THE MATCHUP: Endicott is 3-0 this season against Daniel Webster, and 21-0 all-time versus the Eagles dating back to February 6, 2009. In their last meeting this season, the Gulls and Eagles played a thrilling five-setter in Nashua, New Hampshire. ENDICOTT (16-10 | ROSTER | SCHEDULE | STATS): The Gulls enter the NECC title match with a 6-3 home record, and winners of four out of their last five matches.

DANIEL WEBSTER (16-12 | ROSTER | SCHEDULE | STATS): The Eagles established a new program record for wins with their 3-2 comeback victory over Regis last night. Daniel Webster enter today's match at 4-7 overall on the road.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR: Today's match features two of the best passers in the conference in Endicott's Cameron Little (San Diego, Calif.) and Daniel Webster's Nathan Makaiwi (Las Vegas, Nev.). Little ranks first in the NECC in assists per set at 9.78, while Makaiwi ranks third overall at 8.82.
