Daniel Toth Named NECC Player Of The Week

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott junior middle Daniel Toth (Glenwood, N.J.) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Men's Volleyball Player of the Week, it was announced earlier today by the league office.

Toth led Endicott offensively in a 2-2/2-0 NECC week by compiling 25 kills (2.27 p/s), a .340 hitting percentage, eight service aces, and 13 blocks (three solo). Against Regis on Wednesday, Toth notched a week-high nine kills to go along with a career-best nine blocks (three solo, six assisted) in the win. His nine blocks are tied for third all-time in a three-set match in program history. In conference matches on the week, Toth also hammered home 17 kills and produced a .540 hitting percentage.

Endicott (8-8, 3-0 NECC) travels to Lesley this Wednesday for a NECC matchup against the Lynx at 8 p.m.
