CCRC SEMIFINALS: No. 6 Men’s Rugby Pummels Salve Regina, 62-0

BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 6 nationally ranked Endicott men's rugby team defeated Salve Regina, 62-0, in the Colonial Coast Rugby Conference (CCRC) Semifinals on Friday night at Hempstead Stadium.

Teyshawn Jackson (Windsor, Conn.), Jonathan Taylor (Chicago, Ill.), and DeShean Hatton (Washington, D.C.) tied for the match-high in tries with two apiece.

The Gulls also saw Drew Hodges (Mason, N.H.), Andrew Coscia (Orange, Conn.), Jordan Chappell (Sunapee, N.H.), and Ryan Cafferky (Medford, Mass.) all found the try zone once in the win.

Meanwhile, Graham Lynch (Windsor, Conn.) and Charlie Arinello (Wolfeboro, N.H.) rounded out the scoring with four and two conversions, respectively.

WHAT'S NEXT

No. 6 Endicott (6-0) will play the winner of Bryant/Roger Williams in the CCRC Championship at Pine Banks Park in Malden, Mass. on Sunday, November 16 (time TBD).
