No. 10 Men’s Rugby Handles Stonehill, 77-14

BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 10 nationally ranked Endicott men's rugby team defeated Stonehill, 77-14, on Sunday evening at Hempstead Stadium.

Brad DiGiacomo (Simsbury, Conn.) and Jordan Chappell (Sunapee, N.H.) both earned "Man of the Match" honors for their overall play.

DiGiacomo highlighted the offense with three tries and two conversions, while Chappell contributed two tries in the victory.

Teyshawn Jackson (Windsor, Conn.) also added three tries to tie DiGiacomo for the match-high mark on the day.

Meanwhile, Ryan Cafferky (Medford, Mass.), Matthew Bant (Jenkintown, Pa.), Jonathan Taylor (Chicago, Ill.), Patrick Brennan (Newington, Conn.), and Charlie Arinello (Wolfeboro, N.H.) all found the try zone once.

Rounding out the scoring for the Gulls were Brennan and Kyle Ernest (Severna Park, Md.) who buried three conversions and one conversion, respectively.

No. 10 Endicott visits Bridgewater State on Saturday, October 8 (time TBD).
