BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott's Max Motroni (West Warwick, R.I.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the final week of the season as the junior guard was instrumental in the Gulls' successful defense of their CCC title.
Motroni scored a team-leading 57 points during Endicott's CCC Tournament run, including a key 23-point effort with clutch free throws down the stretch in the team's thrilling 82-80 defeat of top-seeded Nichols on Thursday to advance to the championship game.
Motroni has scored in double figures in all 27 games he has played in this season.
