BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott College Department of Athletics and Recreation has announced the move-in dates for all 2023 fall student-athletes. All potential student-athletes are required to be cleared and approved by the coach of their appropriate program, Financial Aid/Bursar's Office, and by Athletic Training prior to their move-in dates.

Arrival dates for all authorized pre-season student-athletes:

RESIDENCE AND MOVE-IN PROCEDURES

Student-athletes checking in on 8/9, will be assigned temporary housing in Marblehead Hall until 8/18/2023.  Fall student-athletes with summer housing will remain in their summer assignments until notified by the Office of Residence Life of their permanent placement move-in date.  All student-athletes checking in on 8/18/2023 or after will move into their permanent residence.  Access to students' permanent residence hall assignments prior to August 18th will not be permitted.

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Student IDs – All returning students must bring their ID to check in on their assigned date and keep it with them at all times. New students will receive their ID at check-in or be sent to the One Card office to have their photo taken to receive an ID.

Temporary Rooms – All students residing in temporary rooms will be required to clean the room prior to moving out to their permanent rooms. Any rooms not cleaned to our standard or any furniture missing from rooms, will delay that student from moving into their permanent room.

Financial Aid / Bursar – All financial aid paperwork must be complete and clearance from the Office of the Bursar is required prior to check-in. Any athletes not financially cleared will not be allowed to check in for preseason.

Health Records, Immunizations, and Athletic Medicine Paperwork* – A complete and up-to-date health history form must be on file both with the Health Center and Athletic Training office.  

* – All new students are required to send the original copy of their Heath Forms to Family Medicine Associates at Endicott College and a copy to the Athletic Training Office. These forms will be mailed out in June from the Office of Student Affairs with the rest of your Orientation packet. 

MEDICAL CLEARANCE DEADLINES

The deadline for all athletic-related medical clearance information is as follows:  

ALL FALL/WINTER/SPRING/CLUB STUDENT-ATHLETES – AUGUST 1, 2023 - Late submission of paperwork will result in indefinite delays of medical clearance. Student-athletes, student coaches, and managers may not be able to check in/move in and will not be eligible to participate with their respective teams until all aspects of the forms are complete and processed. Parking Decals – FRESHMAN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A VEHICLE ON CAMPUS. Students will need to register vehicles online and pick up decals at the Traffic Office located at the Public Safety Building.
