Endicott Maintains Standing in both USILA and NEILA polls

USILA Division III Poll – Week 7
NEILA Regional Rankings #8

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men's lacrosse team remained their standing as the nation's 15th-ranked and the region's third-ranked team according to Monday's USILA and NEILA weekly distribution. The Gulls (9-2, 5-0 CCC) recorded two victories over conference opponents last week by a large margin but did not make up any ground in either poll.

A victory this week over #9 Tufts (#1 in the region) would certainly shake up the standings. The Gulls and Jumbos (8-2, 5-1 NESCAC) face off on Tuesday night, April 8th at 7:00 pm in Medford, Massachusetts. Endicott has won two out of their last three games against Tufts when the Jumbos have been ranked #1 (2011) and #4 (2013) in the country. Their last meeting came on April 9th, 2013, a 12-10 home win for Endicott at the Stadium as Cameron Bell (Falmouth, Maine) made 13 saves, Connor McCormack (Norwalk, Conn.) scored three times, and both Harrison Cotter (Lordship, Conn.) and Nick Pinciaro (Beverly, Mass.) recorded three points.

Endicott's second game this week will be at Salve Regina (9-3, 2-3 CCC) on Saturday, April 12th at 7:00 pm. The Seahawks are coming off a week in which they lost 11-9 to Roger Williams and 21-8 to Western New England. The Gulls are 17-0 all-time against Salve Regina including last season's 21-1 home win.
