#13 Endicott Men's Lacrosse Moves Up One Spot in USILA National Poll

USILA Division III Poll – Week 9
NEILA Regional Rankings #10 (to be announced)

BEVERLY, Mass. – After a 2-0 week in which the Endicott men's lacrosse team took firm control over the top position in the CCC standings one week away from the start of playoffs, the Gulls moved up one spot in the USILA Division III national poll to #13 in the country while likely maintaining their second position in the New England rankings behind Tufts (to be announced).

Endicott (12-3, 7-0) will look to close out the regular season with a perfect record against CCC opponents as the Gulls take on Curry in Milton on Wednesday, April 23rd at 7:00 pm. Endicott is 19-1 all-time against the Colonels including last season's 18-10 win in which current juniors Nick Pinciaro (Beverly, Mass.) and Joshua Tordik (Sayville, N.Y.) combined for nine points and then senior Connor McCormack netted a hat trick with an assist to pace the Gulls offense.

The USILA's top-five had a minor shakeup as last week's #2 Stevenson and #3 Salisbury swapped places after Salisbury defeated Stevenson 11-9 this past Saturday on the road. Unbeaten RIT (15-0) remained the nation's top-ranked team while Denison (15-0) and Cabrini (13-1) stayed #4 and 5, respectively.

Aside from their two victories this week, Endicott was able to move up one spot as Springfield, previously ranked #13, suffered a 13-12 setback against #17 Amherst at home last Tuesday. The Pride are now ranked 16th behind Endicott and #15 York.
