D3FOOTBALL.COM ALL-EAST REGION TEAM

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott junior defensive tackle Craig Anderson (Franklin, Mass.) has been named to the D3football.com All-East Region second team for the first time in his career, as selected by the East Region sports information directors and D3football.com staff.

Anderson put together a stellar campaign on the gridiron this season as the junior defensive lineman compiled nine sacks and 44 tackles (27 solo, 17 assisted, 4.4 per game) to earn New England Football Conference (NEFC) All-Conference first team honors.

Anderson, who is now eligible to be considered for D3football.com All-America honors, currently ranks first in the NEFC and No. 29 among all NCAA Division III linemen (198 ranked) in sacks.

Dating back to 2005, the football program has garnered 22 All-Region selections including nine in just the last three seasons.

Endicott posted a 5-5 record overall, and a 5-2 mark in NEFC play in 2015.
