BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's cross country team opens up its 2024 season on Saturday, August 31 in the "Battle of the North Shore" at 9:00 AM in nearby Wenham. Here's a preview of the upcoming season.
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Endicott is 5-1 overall versus Gordon in the "Battle of the North Shore" since the dual meet series was created in 2017.
- Cate Herndon (Westwood, Mass.) and Hannah Risko (Albany, N.Y.) have been named captains for the 2024 season.
- First time competing at Cardinal University hosted by Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn.
- Last fall, the Gulls finished second at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship and 9th overall out of 34 teams at the NCAA Division III East Regionals Championship.
- This year's roster (13) features five seniors, one juniors, six sophomores, and one freshmen.
