WESTON, MA - Endicott College lost its first two singles matches, but regrouped to beat Regis, 6-3, Saturday at Weston High School.
The Gulls (5-0, 4-0 CCC) got strong play from their third through sixth singles players. Carli Conners (Medina, OH/Medina), Lauren Gibbons (Shaker, Heights, OH/Shaker Heights), Stephanie Branch (Boothbay Harbor, ME/Boothbay Harbor), and Nicole Leveille (Atkinson, NH/Timberlane) each won at singles.
Endicott also lost at first doubles but it didn't factor into the outcome as Kate Roundy (Simsbury, CT/Simsbury) and Conners won at second doubles and Allison Auer (Bedford, NH/Trinity) and Leveille took their third doubles match.
Endicott hosts Eastern Nazarene in a CCC match Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
