BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott sophomore goaltender Vendela Jonsson (Linkoping, Sweden) has been named to the Team of the Week for her efforts in games played from January 16-22. Jonsson is the first student-athlete in program history to be named to the Team of the Week.

Last week in a 3-0-0 week for the Gulls, Jonsson earned a pair of wins over NESCAC opponents Bowdoin (5-1) and Trinity (2-1, OT). Jonsson compiled 62 saves, a 0.97 GAA, and a .969 save percentage in her two starts on the week, before the Gulls also picked up a 1-0 overtime win over Salem State University on Saturday.
