Nichols Blanks Men's Tennis, 9-0

DUDLEY, Mass. — The Endicott men's tennis team dropped its match to Nichols, 9-0, in conference play on Saturday morning at the Robinson Tennis Courts.

In doubles action, the Bison were able to come away with a sweep as they claimed wins at the No. 3 (8-1), No. 2 (8-2), and No. 1 (8-3) flights in respective order to take a 3-0 lead heading into singles play.

At that point, Nichols was able to claim wins at the No. 4 (6-0, 6-1) and No. 1 (6-0, 6-0) spots to clinch the match for their fifth straight victory dating back to March 20.

"Nichols executed at a high level, credit to them," said Endicott men's tennis head coach Anthony D'Angelo. "I take responsibility for the loss, our student-athletes gave their best."

Endicott (6-7) will be right back at it as they travel to Southern New Hampshire University Sunday, April 7 at 11:00 AM. Nichols (8-5) continues their homestand as they host Merrimack on Sunday, April 7 at 1:00 PM.
