DUDLEY, MA - Endicott picked up five points in singles action to get past Nichols College, 7-2, Friday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast conference men's tennis play.
The Gulls improved to 4-9 overall as they recorded their first CCC win (1-5) while the Bison fell to 1-7 overall.
Endicott earned singles points from No. 2 Scott Teller (Granville, NY/Granville) (6-4, 4-6, 10-5); No. 3 Gabriel Moraga (Marlboro, CT/Marlboro) (6-2, 6-2); No. 4 Marc Maloney (Feeding Hills, MA/Agawam) (6-0, 6-2); No. 5 David Micka (Belchertown, MA/Belchertown) (6-4, 6-2); and No. 6 Parker Olen (Falmouth, ME/Falmouth) (6-4, 6-0).
Second doubles Teller and Micka won 8-5 and No. 3 doubles players Maloney and Nate Buell (Westfield, MA/Westfield) were victorious, 8-6.
