No. 33 Men's Golf Places Sixth At Skidmore Invitational

BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. — The No. 33 Endicott men's golf team tied for sixth place out of 20 teams at the two-day Skidmore Invitational at Ballston Spa Country Club (par 71 ? 6,310 yards).

Endicott carded a team score of 586 (+18, 302, 289) to rank ahead of No. 48 Tufts (590, +22, 295, 295), conference foe Roger Williams (598, +30, 304, 294), and several other programs.

The Gulls shot +13 in round one (Saturday) and +5 in round two (Sunday).

Brady Burke (Bedford, N.H.) led the weekend for the team finishing sixth at -2 (140, 70-70) through the rainy weekend. Burke's scorecard was headlined by an eagle on the 8th hole of his first round, six birdies, and 24 pars. 

Will Pierce (Melrose, Mass.) placed 41st at +7 (149, 76-73), while Tyler Baker (Falmouth, Maine) finished 51st at +8 (150, 76-74).

Myles O'Quinn (Durham, N.H.) and Connor LaCross (Upton, Mass.) ended in 61st and 70th place with scores of (+10, 152, 80-72) and (+12, 154, 75-79).

The Gulls will visit Derryfield Country Club in Manchester, N.H. for the NEC Spring Invitational on Sunday, April 27.
