WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — The Endicott men's golf team finished 10th overall out of 19 programs at the Williams Invitational over the weekend, hosted by the Taconic Golf Club (par 71 — 6,808 yards).
Gustavus Adolphus won the two-day invitational by shooting +3 as a team on day two to storm past Middlebury by nine strokes (+22 > +31).
Endicott shot +19 on day one (eighth overall) but dropped two spots on day two behind a +26 showing.
Tyler Baker (Falmouth, Maine) headlined the Gulls with a runner-up finish (+3, 72, 73, 145).
The rest of Endicott's lineup included Brady Burke (Bedford, N.H.), Hadyn Kornusky (Topsfield, Mass.), Will Pierce (Melrose, Mass.), and Oliver Watson (New Paltz, N.Y.).
Burke finished 24th overall (+11, 79, 74, 153), while Kornusky (54th, +15, 77, 80, 157), Pierce (60th, +16, 75, 83, 158), and Watson (87th, +28, 87, 83, 170) followed in respective order.
BEYOND THE SCORECARD
- Baker birdied 10 holes and also carded 14 pars.
- Kornusky sank a hole-in-one on the 14th hole on day two.
- Jack Nicklaus has also recorded a hole-in-one on the 14th hole at the Taconic Golf Club, according to Endicott head coach Tom Smith.

Endicott will compete in the Bowdoin Invitational (Brunswick Golf Club — Brunswick, Maine) next weekend (9/28-29).
