CCC TOURNAMENT BRACKET / RELEASE
BEVERLY, Mass. — The third-seeded Endicott men's basketball program (17-8) will host No. 6 seed Wentworth (14-11) this Tuesday in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Tournament quarterfinal round at 5:30 PM at MacDonald Gymnasium.
THE MATCHUP/SERIES HISTORY: Endicott is 26-10 in the all-time series against Wentworth. The Gulls also have won the last four meetings versus the Leopards, which includes two victories this season (W, 69-56 on 2/10/18 | W, 76-56 on 1/6/18).
SCOUTING ENDICOTT: The Gulls are 6-4 at home this season and 6-4 overall in their last 10 contests.
As a team, Endicott ranks among the CCC's best in the following categories: points per game (4th, 83.0), field goal percentage (6th, 44.2), three-point field goals made (2nd, 312), three-point field goal percentage (4th, 38.5), free throws made (7th, 326), free throw percentage (5th, 72.0), rebounds per game (5th, 38.4), assists per game (4th, 17.0), steals per game (6th, 7.0), blocks per game (5th, 2.6), and fewest points allowed per game (4th, 76.1).
Individually, Keith Brown (Pelham, N.H.) is second in the CCC in points with 574 (No. 2 PPG, 23.9), while Matt McDevitt (Cumberland, Maine) ranks No. 23 with 265 (No. 25 PPG, 10.6). Brown also ranks No. 11 in the country in points per game (24.4) and No. 6 in three-point field goals made per game (4.04).
SCOUTING WENTWORTH: The Leopards are 8-5 on the road this season and are 4-6 in their last 10 games.
Among all CCC teams, Wentworth ranks in a variety of spots in the following categories: points per game (9th, 66.6), field goal percentage (8th, 42.9), three-point field goals made (10th, 130), three-point field goal percentage (10th, 30.5), free throws made (t-4th, 345), free throw percentage (9th, 64.2), rebounds per game (4th, 38.6), assists per game (8th, 14.4), steals per game (10th, 5.1), blocks per game (10th, 1.6), and fewest points allowed per game (1st, 67.6).
Individually, Jason Ganley (Northbridge, Mass.) is fifth in the conference in points with 511 (No. 6 PPG, 20.4), while Stephen Azums (Hyde Park, Mass.) is positioned 10th with 363 (No. 11 PPG, 14.5).

The winner between Endicott and Wentworth will advance to the CCC Tournament semifinal round on Thursday, February 22 at a time and place to be determined later.
