Beverly, MA - EC field hockey travelled to Bridgewater State College today to face the Bears in a non-conference game.

The Bears netted their first goal with 9:18 remaining in the first half. Kacie Hinchliffe scored for the BSC on an assist from Teresa Soderholm.

EC goalkeeper Kelly McNamara (Reading, MA) had 12 saves for the Gulls to prevent the hometeam from getting another before halftime.

Following her first half assist, Teresa Soderholm got a goal of her own in the opening minutes of second half play when teammate Danielle D'Agostino passed her the ball at 29:40. It was the second and final goal of the contest.

Erin Curry (East Hampstead, NH) made 3 saves for the Gulls on 4 shots by BSC.

Endicott drops to 9-5 overall, and remains 4-1 in CCC play. The Gulls take on Plymouth State College on Thursday at 4:00 pm away in Plymouth, NH.
