BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott freshman outside hitter Hadley Helenbrook (Atlanta, Ga.) has received Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week accolades, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Helenbrook compiled 3.17 kills per set (19), a .208 hitting percentage, 1.50 digs per set (nine), and .83 blocks per set (two solo, three block assists) in a 1-1 week for the Gulls which included matches against conference opponent Nichols (W, 3-1) and Williams (L, 3-0, receiving votes). She also went 47-for-51 on serve-receive.
Against Nichols, Helenbrook's stat line included 15 kills (.278), seven digs, three blocks (one solo, two assisted), 25-of-26 serve receive, and one service ace.
This is Helenbrook's third CCC Rookie of the Week honor (9/11/23, 10/03/23).
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott (9-9, 4-0 CCC) visits Wentworth (15-5, 3-0 CCC) on Wednesday, October 18 at 7 PM. The matchup features the only undefeated conference teams remaining in the standings.
