Women's Volleyball Drops Match Versus Williams, 3-0

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's volleyball team lost to Williams, 3-0, by scores of 20-25, 14-25, and 14-25 on Saturday afternoon at MacDonald Gymnasium.

 The Gulls were led offensively by Julia Giroux (Bedford, N.H.) who recorded seven kills (.429) during the match.

Krystina Schueler (Trumbull, Conn.) added six swings as well to go with two block assists. Haley Weiner (Southington, Conn.) was a catalyst for the offense with nine assists.

Defensively, Emma Ruel (Duxbury, Mass.) manned the backline with nine digs while Megan Murphy (Danvers, Mass.) tied a career-high with five block assists.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • First time playing the Ephs since 2016.
  • Weiner recorded her first career kill in the match.
  • Williams improves to 6-3 on the road this season.

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott (9-9) visits Wentworth on Wednesday, October 18 at 7 PM. Williams (11-6) takes on No. 20 MIT Friday, October 20 in Williamstown, Mass.
