Garrity, Souza Named To NEILA Division III All-New England Preseason Team

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's lacrosse juniors Grant Garrity (Duxbury, Mass.) and Hayden Souza (West Hartford, Conn.) have been named to the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) Division III All-New England Preseason Team. Both Garrity and Souza earned honorable mention accolades.

Last season, Garrity played in 17 games for the Gulls (17 starts) and compiled 33 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers.

HAYDEN SOUZA | JUNIOR | SHORT-STICK MIDFIELDER | WEST HARTFORD, CONN.

Souza appeared in all 18 games for the Gulls (17 starts) last season and compiled two goals and one assist for three points. He also tallied 45 ground balls and 9 caused turnovers throughout the year.

WHAT'S NEXT

Last spring, Endicott went 10-8 overall and a perfect 8-0 in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) play. The Gulls defeated Western New England, 12-9, during the CCC Championship game to secure the program's ninth conference title. Endicott opens the 2018 season with a home contest against Stevens on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 12 p.m.
