Round Two results
BREWSTER, Mass. – The Endicott College golf team shot a combined 325 on day one and a 317 on day two, finishing with a +66 over the two-day event for 21st place at the NEIGA Championship in Brewster, Mass. The event attracted 200 golfers across Div. I, II & III to the Captains Golf Course and its 36-hole layout on Cape Cod.
Division I University of Connecticut won the tournament with a two-day score of 582. The Div. I runner-up was Central Connecticut with a score of 588. American International College was the Division II
leaders with a score of 606 followed by Post University at 619. Salem State led the Div. III teams with a total of 609 followed by Trinity College (CT) at 610. Endicott finished with a 642.
Endicott was paced by freshman \#Jackson Wyman\# (Falmouth, Maine), who finished tied for 53rd with a 157 (81, 76). Senior \#Peter Weatherby\# (Portsmouth, R.I.) shot 160 (78, 82), while junior \#Andrew LaRocque\# (Averill Park, N.Y.) finished tied for 111th with an 86 and 79 (165). Senior \#Drew Sullivan\# (Katonah, N.Y.) also finished in line with LaRocque, shooting a combined 165 with an 80 and an 85. \#Daniel Ryan\# (Plymouth, Mass.) rounded out the Endicott scoring with a 168 (88, 80).
The Gulls return to action on Thursday afternoon when the Blue and Green host The Commonwealth Coast Conference Invitational Tournament at Essex County Club in Manchester, Mass. Tee time is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
