Endicott College failed to convert on a fourth down try on UMass-Dartmouth's 2 yard line to slip to 2-2, 1-1 in the NEFC Boyd Division.

The Endicott defense proved stingy, stopping the Corsair offense from scoring on the opening drive on the one-inch line. UMass-Dartmouth capitalized on a safety and scored on the ensuing drive to lead 9-0 at the end of the first quarter.

Endicott got on the board early in the second quarter on a 55-yard fumble return for a touchdown by sophomore defensive back Michael Farrell. UMD quickly answered to regain the lead 16-9. Freshman Jameson Pelkey connected on two second quarter touchdown passes to Dan Marshall and TJ Gramstorff to go up at the half 20-16.

The second half was a defensive battle until John Falcone scored on a 1 yard run to put the Corsairs back on top 23-20. Endicott mounted a late-game drive sparked by an interception by freshman Mike Baklik, driving the ball to the UMD 2 yard line where they were stopped on fourth down with just 47 seconds left in the game.
