ORLANDO, Fla. — The Endicott men's tennis team fell to Luther, 7-2, on Sunday afternoon at the USTA Facility.
The Norse took an early 2-1 advantage after doubles flights.
The pairing of George Danes (Old Lyme, Conn.) / Hudson De Risi (Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y.) produced an 8-1 victory at No. 3.
The Blue and Green showed plenty of fight in singles play.
No. 3 Antonio Marsallo (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) manufactured a 6-1, 1-6, 10-4 triumph, while No. 1 Conrad Kadel (Heidelberg, Germany) fought hard in a 7-5, 3-6, 8-10 setback.

"We played a solid match and did a lot of good things. Luther is tough and we played hard," said Endicott men's tennis head coach Anthony D'Angelo. "Our guys should be happy with their level."
BEYOND THE BOX
- Luther has played two nationally ranked teams (No. 22 Wisconsin-Whitewater & No. 38 Grinnell), while Endicott has taken on one ranked foe (No. 22 Colby).
