BOSTON, Mass. – The Endicott women's basketball team dropped a hard-fought contest to Suffolk University, 61-48, on Sunday afternoon at Smith Court.
Emily St. Thomas (Sterling, Mass.) guided the Gulls offensively with 13 points (5-14 FG, 2-8 3PT, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, a trio of steals, and two assists.
Shannon Gilbert (Easton, Conn.) also chipped in with nine points and four rebounds, while Morgan Bresnahan (Wilmington, Mass.) compiled eight points, four rebounds, and a block.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Suffolk led wire-to-wire in the victory.
- The Rams held a 34-16 advantage in bench points.
- Endicott outscored Suffolk in the fourth quarter, 15-9.
- The Gulls saw six different student-athletes contribute points in the fourth quarter, led by St. Thomas who had four.
