SPRINGFIELD, Mass.- For his performance in the CCC Championship meet that earned him CCC Rookie of the Year honors, Endicott College freshman Austin Landry (Readfield, Maine) has been named CCC Rookie of the Week for the week ending October 31.

Landry placed eighth and was the first freshman competitor to cross the finish line at Saturday's CCC Championship.  Landry turned in an 8K time of 26:47 as he joined Gull teammate Zachary Marshall (6th) as all-CCC performers based on top-10 finishes at the CCC Championship. Endicott earned a fourth-place finish among nine teams. 

Landry and the Gulls now have two weeks to prepare for the NCAA DIII New England Regionals that will be hosted at Harkness Memorial Park in Waterford, Conn.
