Wheaton (Mass.) Tops Men's Tennis, 6-3

NORTON, Mass. — The Endicott men's tennis team fell to Wheaton (Mass.), 6-3, on Saturday afternoon at the Beard Field House.

Wheaton led 2-1 after doubles as Antonio Marsallo (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) / Julian Richtarich (Naples, Fla.) secured the Gulls' lone point with an 8-4 triumph.

In singles, Marsallo picked up one of the two victories for Endicott as he defeated his opponent at the No. 3 position, 6-4, 7-6 (4), 6-3.

Oliver Pope (South Dartmouth, Mass.) was the other winner as he also played to a third set, 6-4, 7-6 (4), 6-2.
