Lee named second team all-conference
Springfield, Mass. – Endicott College senior defender Bryan Lee (Rockport, Mass.) has been named to the All-TCCC Second Team, as it was announced Friday by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

Lee anchored the Endicott defense all season long and provided offensive support in the form of two goals. The Gulls picked up a huge conference win over Salve Regina on Saturday (Oct. 23) before shutting out visiting New England College on Wednesday to secure a berth in The Commonwealth Coast Conference tournament.

One of Lee’s goals came with 0.4 seconds remaining in double-overtime against visiting Curry. The Gulls would pick up the 2-1 win in dramatic fashion. Click here to see video of the goal.

The award was the third conference honor in as many years for Lee, who was named Honorable Mention All-TCCC as a sophomore and a junior.

Western New England’s Alex Dos Santos was named TCCC Player of the Year while Nichols’ Pat Gaumond was named the conference’s Rookie of the Year.

Wentworth’s Anthony Bernsten rounds out the individual honors after being selected as the Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

Nichols’ head coach Chris Traina was named Coach of the Year while Eastern Nazarene was presented with the Team Sportsmanship Award.

Lee and the Gulls (6-9-2, 6-6-1 TCCC) travel to Dudley, Mass. today for a 4:30 showdown with top-seeded Nichols College in the opening round of the TCCC Tournament.
