2015 CCC Men's Basketball Championship Pairings Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Endicott men's basketball team will head into the 2015 CCC Tournament riding an 11-game wins streak and the heels of winning their 20th game of the season. For their efforts, the Gulls earned the #2 seed in the conference playoffs and will host #7 Western New England (8-17, 6-12 CCC) on Tuesday night in quarterfinal action. Tip-off is at 7:00 p.m.
Endicott (20-5, 16-2 CCC) will be playing the Golden Bears for the third time this season, most recently beating Western New England by 12 on Senior Day, the final day of the 2014-15 regular season. Endicott also captured a 75-66 win on the road back on January 17th. The Blue and Green have won six-straight games against their CCC Quarterfinal opponent and own an 8-5 all-time record, including a 4-2 mark at home.
The winner of the Gulls and Golden Bears showdown will face either #3 Eastern Nazarene (21-4, 14-4 CCC) or #6 Roger Williams (9-16, 7-11 CCC) in the semifinal round on Thursday evening.
Endicott finished second in the CCC regular season standings to #1 seed Nichols (20-5, 17-1 CCC) who will host #8 University of New England (7-18, 5-13 CCC) in the quarterfinals.
