Endicott rides to fourth-place finish

HOLLISTON, Mass. - Senior Chelsea Conant (Richmond,Vt.) and sophomore Katherine Noyes (Vernon, N.J.) both earned first place in Intermediate Flat, as Endicott rode to a fourth-place tie with Stonehill College on Sunday at August Farm in Holliston, Massachusetts.

Endicott rode well in the Novice Fences Division, as both Casey Lake (Milton, Mass.) and Alisha Phipps (Cotuit, Mass.) took home first place finishes. Alyson DePathy (Plantsville, Conn.) and Kate Selig (Groveland, Mass.) also contributed two third place finishes for the Gulls in the Novice Flat division.

Elizabeth Browning (Worcester, Mass.) and Hayley Mackay (North Andover, Mass.) also had a strong showing, as the pair notched a third place finish in Advanced Walk-Trot-Canter.

Endicott also had five riders point out of their current division(s). Chelsea Conant and Katherine Noyes pointed out of Intermediate Flat, while Kate Selig and Casey Lake advanced from the Novice Flat division. Hayley Mackay also pointed out of Advanced Walk-Trot-Canter. Pointing out of a division qualifies a rider for the Regional Finals, which will be held on March 30, 2008 at Springtide Farm and hosted by Endicott.

Endicott's next show will be on Sunday, March 16th in Wellesley, Massachusetts starting at 9:00 a.m.
