Women’s Cross Country Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Award

USTFCCCA ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM RELEASE 

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's cross country program has been named to the 2017 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Cross Country Team list. The Gulls posted a 3.64 cumulative grade point average (GPA) to join 220 other NCAA Division III programs in receiving the award. It marks the second consecutive season the Gulls have earned this distinction.

For a team to be considered for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team Award, it must have competed and compiled a team score at an NCAA Regional meet and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.10 on a 4.0 scale. 

YEAR IN REVIEW 

Endicott finished fifth at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championships and 40th overall at NCAA Division III Regionals. The Gulls also placed fifth or better in five out of seven meets on the season. 

Academically, Endicott saw Abigail Keim (Williston, Vt.), Hannah Mason (Deerfield, N.H.), Laura Pomeroy (Windham, N.H.), Brooke Robishaw (Ipswich, Mass.), Lauren Tocci (Shamong, N.J.), and Brooke Waites (Niantic, Conn.) receive CCC Academic All-Conference honors as well.
