BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott women's cross country freshman Emma Farrington (Essex Junction, Vt.) has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week accolades, it was announced by the league office earlier today. Farrington has now won the award five times this season.
At last week Saints Invitational, Farrington placed 12th overall contributing to Endicott's fourth place team finish at the meet. Farrington ran the five-kilometer course in 20:13 and was the second fastest freshman in the race. Farrington was also the top freshman finisher among all CCC teams in the meet.
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott enjoys a week off from competition prior to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championships, which take place in Biddeford, Maine on Saturday, October 28.
