BEVERLY, Mass. - Freshman midfielder Ali Campbell (Lakeville, Mass.) has been named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week for the week of April 4-April 10, 2016.
Campbell, a first-time CCC recipient, potted four goals and chipped in a team-leading six assists on the week as the Gulls went 2-0 with 10-9 victories at Curry (4/6) and vs. Western New England (4/9) in overtime.
Five points apiece (2 g, 3 a) in each of the Gulls' past two games is a career-high for Campbell.
She also collected three ground balls, won a combined eight draw controls (including a game-high five against Curry) and caused two turnovers.
