Nov. 6, 2006

BEVERLY, MA - The Commonwealth Coast Conference announced its annual All-Conference Teams for the 2006 men's soccer season on Monday. Senior midfielder Chris Croteau (Groveland, MA/Pentucket Regional), junior back Eric Booth (Belchertown, MA/Belchertown), and junior goaltender Cameron Twiss (Reading, MA/Bishop Fenwick) were honored by the conference for their exceptional play throughout the 2006 season.

Endicott senior Chris Croteau was named a CCC first-team selection. A senior captain, Croteau was a rock through the midfield, contributing on both sides of play. Croteau started 15 games for the Gulls, and closed out his senior season ranked 5th on the team in points with a goal and two assists.

Junior sweeper Eric Booth stood as the anchor of the Endicott defense in 2006. As a captain, Booth helped the squad win eight of their last nine games, a turnaround that earned the Gulls the four seed in the CCC tournament. Booth finished his junior campaign leading the team with six goals and one assist, good for 13 points.

Goalkeeper Cameron Twiss was the last line of defense for Endicott throughout the 2006 season. The junior net-minder appeared in 15 games for EC, only allowing 27 goals while turning away 92 shots. Twiss tied for the conference lead in shutouts, blanking opponents five times this past season. The conference recognized Cameron as a CCC honorable mention.
