BEVERLY, MA - Eric Booth (Belchertown, MA/Belchertown) netted the games lone goal as he led the Gulls to a 1-0 victory over the Fitchburg State Falcons Wednesday night.

Booth scored the eventual game winner as he wrapped a free kick inside the near post and past a sprawling Matt Carey (Startford, CT) giving the Gulls the 1-0 win. Booth's goal came at the 53:11 mark in the second half and was his team leading fifth goal of the season.

Endicott also got strong play from Kyle Schmutte (Wilbraham, MA/Minnechaug Regional) who created a number of scoring chances up front, keeping the pressure on the Fitchburg defense. Joe Scarbo (Milton, MA/Milton) and Pirapong Sirikietsoong (Bankok, Thailand) along with Chris Croteau (Groveland, MA/Pentucket) also played well for the Gulls.

Cameron Twiss (Reading, MA/Bishop Fenwick) made four saves to earn the shutout as the Gulls improved to 6-9 overall. Endicott sits at 5-5 in the CCC and is tied for 5th place. EC next plays host to Curry on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. in a very important CCC match up. The Gulls will then host senior day at their final home game of the season against St. Joseph's of Maine on Wednesday night.
