BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's track and field program has been named to the 2018 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team List, as announced by the organization earlier today.

For a team to be considered for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team Award, the program must have earned a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.1 or higher on a 4.0 scale through the most recent semester/quarter. As a team, the women's squad produced a 3.52 team GPA for the 2017-18 academic year. Regionally, Endicott had the eighth highest GPA, while nationally, the Gulls ranked No. 43 among 184 other programs across all of NCAA Division III who received USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors.

"The women's team did a great job in the classroom and also with their internships this past year," said Endicott women's track and field head coach Spencer Lange. "Their experiences and success are important values in the development of this program. They should be proud of their accomplishments while balancing the rigorous demands of the student-athlete lifestyle."
