BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's cross country team has earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors for the 2023 season. In addition to the team award, Hannah Shepard (Keene, N.H.) was named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete list.

Endicott received USTFCCA All-Academic Team accolades for having all student-athletes on its roster who used a season of eligibility obtain at least a 3.10 cumulative grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale through the most recent semester.

The Gulls ranked 36th nationally out of 236 programs honored, fifth in the East Region, and first overall in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) with a 3.73 team GPA.

Shepard claimed her second straight USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete award for registering a GPA of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale while finishing in the top-25 percent of the field at the NCAA Division III regional championship meet.

The sophomore harrier is a psychology major with minors in dance and business administration.

At East Regionals earlier this fall, Shepard posted a personal best time of 23:29.05 on the 6-kilometer course, ranking 50th out of 231 competitors.
