BEVERLY, Mass. – The fourth-seeded Endicott men's tennis team will travel to first-seeded Nichols on Wednesday, May 2 to take on the six-time defending Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) champions in Dudley, Mass. at 3 PM. Here's a preview of Wednesday's CCC semifinals contest.

THE MATCHUP: Nichols defeated Endicott, 5-0, in their regular season matchup on indoor courts at the Bass River Tennis Club on March 25. (BOX SCORE | RECAP)

WHAT TO WATCH FOR: Doubles play will be key for the Gulls as Endicott's No. 1 pairing came up just short of winning that flight against Nichols (9-7) earlier this year in their regular season matchup.

HOW THEY GOT HERE: Endicott defeated No. 5 Gordon, 5-2, on Saturday, April 28 in the CCC Tournament quarterfinals at home (BOX SCORE | RECAP). Nichols went 8-0 in conference play and 17-3 overall on the season to earn the No. 1 seed and an automatic bye into the CCC semifinals.

ALL-CONFERENCE HONOREES: Both teams placed multiple student-athletes on All-CCC Teams, respectively. Endicott's Daniel Rinkert (Ben Lomond, Calif.) earned Rookie of the Year honors to highlight the Gulls, while Nichols had six student-athletes collect All-Conference accolades.
