BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's basketball guard Ty Vitko (Dover N.H.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.

Vitko poured in 24 points per game and shot 56-percent from the field (14-25 | 45% 3PT, 9-20 | 91.7%, 11-12 FT) to lead the Gulls to a 2-0 week in games against Suffolk (W, 93-88) and Salem State (W, 82-66).

Against Suffolk on Tuesday, Vitko paced the Gulls with a career-best 30 points (8-13 FG, 5-10 3PT, 9-10 FT) in 29 minutes of action.

He followed up that performance on Thursday with 18 points (6-12 FG, 4-10 3PT, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists, and two steals versus Salem State, also across 29 minutes of playing time.
