LeFebre To Compete In Podyum All-Star Bowl

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott senior defensive back Michael LeFebre (Methuen, Mass.) will compete in the Podyum All-Star Bowl from January 3-6 in Miami, Florida.

The Podyum All-Star Bowl is an elite collegiate all-star game that features 100 prospects selected from FBS, FCS, DII, DIII, and NAIA divisions.

The four-day event, which features fully padded practices, individual, group, and team periods, allows each prospect to be evaluated by scouts from all global professional leagues.

Prospects are also able to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to play professional football via conversations and seminars with pro athletics, agents, scouts, and trainers.

The four-day event concludes with the Podyum All-Star Bowl game on January 6.

In 44 career games for the Gulls, LeFebre compiled 110 tackles (79 solo, 31 assisted), one sack, three stops for a loss, one forced fumble, nine interceptions (two returned for touchdowns), 19 pass breakups, and one block.

LeFebre currently ranks tied for first all-time in interception return TDs, tied third in interception return yards (122), tied fourth in interceptions, and seventh in passes defended (28 total, interceptions + pass breakups).

YEAR IN REVIEW

Endicott posted a 9-2 overall record and the second-ever undefeated conference season (5-0) in CCC football history.

The Gulls earned the highest national ranking in program history at No. 14 overall in both national polls and captured their first-ever win over a nationally ranked opponent – No. 5/5 Hardin-Simmons, 37-10, on Friday, September 22

Endicott finished the 2023 campaign ranked No. 15 overall in the final D3football.com and American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Polls.

Both rankings are program records for the Gulls in either year-end poll.

Additionally, Endicott's No. 15 national ranking from D3football.com marks the third-best finish ever by a New England school in the organization's poll, which began in 2003.
