Marengi Takes Home CCC Offensive Player Of The Week Honors

BEVERLY, Mass. — Clayton Marengi (Lynnfield, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Offensive Player of the Week for his stellar performance this past Saturday, November 4, in Endicott's 48-6 victory over Curry.

Marengi accounted for all six touchdowns (five passing, one rushing) in the Gulls' 42-point victory, keeping them undefeated in conference play. He recorded a season-high 201 passing yards, completing 13 of his 19 passes.

He also had seven rush attempts for a total of 66 yards (long of 29 yards), which included his rushing touchdown.

His five passing touchdowns and six total touchdowns are each season and career-highs.

This is Marengi's second career CCC Offensive Player of the Week award (10/31/2022).

Marengi and the Gulls will be back in action as No. 17/17 Endicott (8-1, 4-0 CCC) hosts UNE on Saturday, November 11 at 12 PM for senior day festivities.
