Jennifer Fox spent her first season as an assistant coach for the Endicott women's lacrosse program in 2016-17.

Fox joins the staff bringing a wealth of coaching experience from her time at Norwood High School (former head coach), Merrimack College (assistant coach), Saint Francis University (graduate assistant coach), Randolph-Macon (assistant coach), and Simmons College (assistant). Additionally, Fox has coached club lacrosse with Laxachusetts, PrimeTime, and Wellesley Youth Elite. 

A native of Braintree, Massachusetts, Fox was a four-year member of the Merrimack women's lacrosse team and served as team captain in her final two seasons.

Fox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College in May 2009 and a master's in Education Leadership from Saint Francis University in May 2013. 

Along with her playing and coaching experience, Fox works as a program manager for the Boston Scholar Athletes organization designed to support academic achievement through athletics.
