Caitlin Cataldo spent her first season as an assistant coach for the Endicott women's lacrosse program in 2016-17.

Cataldo joins the staff bringing coaching experience from her time at Milton Academy (former head coach), Dean College (assistant coach), and MetroWest 3d Lacrosse (assistant coach), as well as four seasons of playing collegiatelly for the Connecticut College women's lacrosse team. Cataldo has strong a knowledge of the game, as she graduated with NESCAC and IWLCA Berkshire Regional honors as a goalkeeper.

Cataldo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies with a minor in Psychology from Connecticut College in 2014, where she earned the Student-Athlete Community Service Award.

Along with her playing and coaching experience, Cataldo works as a Tennis and Fitness Coordinator at Mario A. Umana Academy in East Boston, Mass.
