CCC Athletes of the Week Release

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – After a strong showing at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational this past weekend, senior Greg Payne (North Attleboro, Mass.) was named the Male Runner of the Week by the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC). 

Payne finished 57^th overall in a field of 255 runners, an improvement over his 68^th place finish in 2010, with a time of 26:36.61 for the 8K race. 

Payne and his Gulls teammates will be off until October 1^st when they compete in the Bowdoin Invitational in Brunswick, Maine.
