Dominic Abate heads into the 2023-24 season in his first year as an assistant coach for the Gulls. 

Prior to his arrival at Endicott, Abate served as an assistant coach at Gordon College.

Abate graduated from Springfield College where he was a four-year member of the lacrosse team at midfield. Abate scored 73 goals and dished out 33 assists for 106 career points. In addition to those numbers, Abate collected 39 ground balls. He was named First-Team All-Conference during his career and received All-Region Honors.

He has worked most recently at Kairos USrgial Inc. as a Sales Representative where he oversees the sale of multiple product categories, including Capital equipment, Sports Medicine, Distal Extremities, Biologics, and Arthroplasty devices. Serves as the Distal Extremities Team Lead, focusing on creating a culture of sales excellence.

Abate graduated from Springfield in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science and a minor in biology.
