Barrett Pratt enters his first year with the Endicott football program in 2024-25. Pratt works primarily with the wide receivers.

During his first season with the Gulls, Pratt coached three All-Conference wide receivers (Adam Goodfellow- 1st team All-Conference, Shane Aylward- 2nd team All-Conference, and Kennedy Charles- 2nd team All-Conference).

Pratt comes to Endicott after working as a Student Coaching Assistant at West Virginia. While in Morgantown, WV., he assisted the offensive staff in film breakdown, practice preparation, prepared unit and position meetings, and signaled throughout practice and games. 

His experience as a student coaching assistant include assisting Tony Washington and Bilal Marshall in coaching Wide Receivers (2022/2023) and Sean Reagan and Tyler Allen in coaching Quarterbacks (2023).

From 2020-2021, Pratt was a member of the Endicott football team before heading to West Virginia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
