Equestrian Has First Show of Season

HOLLISTON, MA - The Endicott equestrian team competed in their first show of the season at August Farm in Holliston, MA on Saturday, October 14. The Gulls took third, missing the Reserve Champion ribbon by one point.

Cara Sorbello (Methuen, MA) pointed out of Advanced Walk-Trot-Canter and will now compete at the Novice Level. She is automatically qualified for Regional Finals in April. Alyson DePathy (Plantsville, CT) moved up to Advanced WTC.

Anna DiLorenzo, freshman Walt-Trot rider, who started taking riding lesson in September, took a third place ribbon and four points for the team. Kat Noyes, a freshman riding at the Intermediate Level, won the team's only first place ribbon of the day in her flat class. Kate Selig also rode well coming in third in Novice Flat

The next show will be on October 29, hosted by the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth at Four Corners Equestrian Center in Tiverton, RI.
