This Saturday's (October 25th) horseshow hosted by Stonehill College saw all Endicott team members competing. Individually members did well, with the strongest showing over fences ever. An especially difficult pony (by the name of Shake 'n Bake) proved to be the nemesis of several riders. The show also saw the addition of a new school: Brandeis.

Sophomore Megan Piermarini pointed out from the Walk-Trot-Canter division and will now compete in Novice classes. Pointing out qualified Piermarini for Regional finals in April.

The Open Fences classes saw the best ribbons the team has ever won in the division with Erin Corey winning first and Sharalyn Prieskorn taking second in the same class. Michaela Barbera came in third in her class and Open riders Leah Aronow and Kate Sorenson were awarded fourths in their classes.

Notable ribbons in flat classes were won by Barbera with a second in Open, Elyssa Paquin and Corrie Felton with seconds in Novice Flat, and Molly Nelson with a third in Novice Flat. Walk-Trot rider Amber Wilkins was awarded a third in her first horse show class. Piermarini won a blue in her Advanced Walk-Trot-Canter class while Liz Duboc earned a second place ribbon.

Alumni Rider Stephanie Isacson won first place in her flat class and third in Alumni fences.

The next competition will be November 8th, hosted by Tufts University at Apple Knoll Farm in Millis.
